On April 15, a subset of users encountered failed and declined transactions when attempting to use GoMining Cards. The issue was traced to a degradation in the card payment processing pipeline, resulting in elevated error rates and transaction timeouts. Our engineering team isolated the affected service layer and deployed a targeted fix. All card operations are now functioning normally.
